The first Saturday Dinghy Training Session of 2025 will be on the 26th of April; as usual Saturday Training Sessions will run until the end of the Season on the last Saturday of each month.

Join us on New Year’s Day for a fun filled event!

Well done to all competitors who entered. The Winter series is next, from December to February.

The Sailing Club will be holding its annual Christmas ceilidh on Friday the 20th of December and all club members are invited! Tickets are £18 for adults and £9 for U18's, food is included (Pie and Peas) but bring your own drinks and dessert!

The final Saturday Dinghy Training Session of 2024 will be on the 28th of Septembe

The last working party of 2024 will be on Sunday 29th Sept from 10:00.
The club is owned by the members which means we have to maintain so please come down and help if you are available.
If you're planning on coming down please let Dan the bosun know so he can allocate you a job!

Well done to Mick for winning the race series, Russ for coming Second and a late resurgence from Brian to take Third. Hope to see even more attendees for the next race series.

The club will be hosting a BBQ and running a night sail/race on the 31st August after Saturday racing/training.

1000 - Saturday Training
All members are welcome - beginners, intermediate or advanced sailors. The cost is £15 (boat hire included) with training running between 10:00 and 12:00 and racing / cruising in the afternoon.

1200 - Saturday Racing
First race between 1200 and 1300

1800 - BBQ
The Club BBQ will be lit for 1800 - bring your own food/drink

2000 - Night Sail/Race
All members are welcome, either Dinghies, Windsurf, Wings, Kayaks or SUPs (No Multihulls or Foils please); however the event may be cancelled and rearranged at short notice if the wind strength is above Force 4.

The club will be running an RYA First Aid course on Saturday 11th May. The course is open to both members and non-members. The course is free for club volunteers and £45 for others.

NLHSC's thursday evening junior dinghy training will, weather permitting, recommence, for the 2024 season, from Thursday the 4th April. The training session is open to any NLHSC Junior Members, or non-members can try upto 3 sessions before needing to take out a membership

The winter series has now come to an end, well done to Russ, Martin and Will.
